Retrix is a performance-driven brand growth agency. We don't just "do marketing" — we build and manage full-stack growth systems. This includes high-conversion web design, brand identity systems, SEO (organic pipeline), and performance creative for paid social/search. Retrix was founded in India but was designed from day one to be global-first and remote-async. Our core team is based in India, but our clients are spread across the US, UK, SE Asia, and the UAE. We operate across time zones smoothly using shared Slack workspaces and document-first communication.
Most agencies offer "services" (e.g., just ads or just design). Retrix offers "outcomes" via integration. We believe strategy, creative, and distribution cannot be siloed. If your ads are good but your landing page is weak, you lose. We own the entire chain so there are no "broken links" in your growth funnel. Also, we are strictly senior-led; no hand-offs to juniors.

We handle both. For one-off needs like a brand identity redesign, a new high-conversion website build, or a full SEO audit, we offer fixed-scope projects. For ongoing growth (Media buying, organic content, SEO management), we operate on monthly retainers. Most of our project clients eventually transition to retainers once they see the quality of our execution.
We are platform-agnostic, but we have deep expertise in Webflow, Framer, and custom-coded headless setups for maximum performance. For E-commerce, we primarily build on Shopify. We choose the platform based on yours or your team's maintenance capacity and technical requirements, not what is easiest for us.
Both. We don't believe media buying without high-intent creative works anymore. Our performance marketing service includes complete creative development: static ads, motion graphics, UGC editing, and messaging hooks. We then manage the media spend and optimize based on which creative is winning.

Pricing & Value
Our retainers have a minimum 3-month commitment. This is because significant growth signals in B2B and SaaS (especially organic) take time to materialize. After the initial 3 months, we move to a rolling month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice period. We aim to keep you by delivering value, not by long contracts.
Essentials retainers (single channel + strategy) typically start around ₹35k - ₹50k per month. Full-stack growth retainers (multi-channel integration) usually fall between ₹75k and ₹1.5L+ per month depending on the volume of creative output and intensity of management required. Each engagement is quoted after a discovery brief.
No. The agency fee covers our management, creative execution, strategy, and reporting. Your ad budget is separate and is paid directly to the platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) from your accounts. We maintain full transparency, and you retain ownership of all ad accounts.
Yes. All branding and web design work is usually quoted as a flat project fee after we gather your requirements. We provide a detailed scope document so you know exactly what the deliverables are and there are no hidden surprises during the build.
Our Process
Onboarding happens in three phases over 7-10 days: 1. **Kickoff/Discovery**: Deep dive into your business, competitors, and goals. 2. **Asset Handover & Access**: We gather all necessary logins and branding guidelines. 3. **Audit & Roadmap**: We present a 90-day strategy roadmap and finalize priorities. Then, production starts immediately.
We set up a shared Slack channel (Retrix Connect) with your team for real-time collaboration. We also use project tracking tools (Notion/Linear) where you can track the status ofทุก task and deliverable. We belong to the "over-communication" school of thought.
We don't "nickel and dime" on revisions for project work. We usually work through iterative cycles until the output reaches our Retrix quality standard and your approval. Typically, this is 2-3 major rounds of refinement. For retainers, iteration is ongoing as part of the monthly production rhythm.
We use Looker Studio or custom dashboards for performance data (Paid Ads/SEO). For creative approvals, we use Figma and Loom (for video walkthroughs). For distribution tracking, we provide a central project hub where every campaign link and asset is stored.

No ethical agency can guarantee a specific revenue number because there are too many variables we don't control (product-market fit, sales execution, market shifts). The Retrix Team
You will have a dedicated Growth Lead (Senior Strategist) as your primary partner, supported by senior execution specialists in design, content, or performance media. At Retrix, senior-level practitioners do the actual work. We don't use juniors or fresh graduates to "practice" on your budget.
All core strategy, creative design, and growth management happen in-house at Retrix. For highly niche requirements (like advanced 3D motion or specialized legal localization), we may engage our network of vetted collaborators, but we remain the single point of contact and accountability for the output quality.
Yes. Every project includes a 14-day post-launch support window where we monitor performance, fix bugs, and ensure your team knows how to use the handovers. For ongoing support, many clients opt for our support retainers or maintain a growth-partnership retainer.
