Retainers have a 3-month minimum to allow enough time to see real results. After the initial term, engagements continue month-to-month with 30 days' notice to end. Project-based work has no ongoing commitment.
No. Retainer fees cover strategy, management, creative, and reporting. Your ad budget is separate and spent directly through your ad accounts. We advise on the right ad spend level based on your goals and competitive landscape.
After scope agreement and contract signing, onboarding begins immediately. Discovery and access gathering takes 3–5 days, and active production typically begins within 10–14 days of signing.
